Alien Escapade • Episode 1881 - Lacerta 50th, P3: Advisor, Selina, Vanna, ~ 03 {Avvio's Place ~ 2} - [Jinn-Pong-Jinn] - (Next Day) ``Selina: I can see you are still there. ``Vanna: It is a huge job, and they have started doing C2 at the same time. ``Selina: Hooray, does that mean we will get her back? ``Vanna: We need her, but there is a pair of weeks work to do on her. ``Selina: I have had words with your Dad, and he has noted what has happened and will adjust accordingly. ``Vanna: Good, because Mama and Dada are coming over shortly and I would like you to act as host. ``Selina: Certus. ``Vanna: It only takes 3 hours so Taleggio can bring them over. ``Selina: Can I ask a favour? ``Vanna: Zaa. ``Selina: We would like to extend the garden further back and have it levelled out, and turfed? ``Vanna: Certus. There are some additional funds in your account, so you should have enough to pay for it. ``Selina: I did not know! I can only say zaffre. ``Vanna: I am off out to do some shopping. Zimo. ``Advisor: I popped in for a rest. ``Vanna: You timed it right. I will prepare us a drink. I hear they got C2 in bits as well? ``Advisor: How did you work that one out? The problem is C2 originally used alternative parts, as the correct parts were not available at the time. Neither were they compatible. Therefore they are doing the lot now in one go. ``Vanna: Your drink. That has given them the incentive to get it all done. ``Advisor: It is your trip which has done it, and you will now get C2 shortly. ``Vanna: Wonderful news. ``Advisor: Zarfs. There are over 50 parts to change, and we nearly had to go to Cepheus to pick up a part. They eventually found it under a different part number. ``Vanna: It is amazing the amount of effort you are putting into this. I expected you to take me home and come back in a weeks time. ``Advisor: I wanted to keep you here, otherwise I would have done that. ``Vanna: How nice. ``Advisor: They think that no one can beat them, so they have to do it. Okay, I am off back to work. Zimo. {Cosmo 3, Test Flight ~ 2} - (Early evening) ``Advisor: Full power up checks. ``Vanna: We must wait for the 3 ambers. ``Advisor: Confirmed and I will check engine graphs. ``Vanna: Computer, start up and I have to answer the questions. Mach speed we will start at Mach 80K as long as the computer will take it? ``Advisor: A valid point. I have passed it on to Devisor. ``Vanna: Instruments are all in the green, and she smells a bit. ``Advisor: I am not surprised. ``Vanna: Crystals? ``Advisor: They have been changed. ``Vanna: Okay hover mode. ``Advisor: All okay. ``Vanna: lifting off ALT 14Km and hover. ``Advisor: So far so good. ``Vanna: Orbit height. She is smooth. ``Advisor: I have never known it, even in C4. ``Vanna: When you are ready? ``Advisor: Ready. ``Vanna: Mach 80K and zoom. ``Advisor: Is that it? ``Vanna: Check your instruments. ``Advisor: it is saying we are doing it. Crikey. ``Vanna: Wow. That means C4 will do Mach 100K. ``Advisor: Marvellous news. ``Vanna: What happens when we decelerate? ``Advisor: Let us find out. ``Vanna: In theory it will take 80 units, but it will do it now in 40 units. ``Advisor: It is still unbelievable. ``Vanna: Go towards my home. Mach 80K ``Advisor: ETA 3 hours. ``Vanna: Back to works and I will drop you off with thanks and I will go home for a proper run. ``Advisor: Confirmed. ``Vanna: Touching down. Zimo. Lifting off over. Set course for Citadel. Mach 80K and zoom. ETA 3 hours plus. I have time for a drink as that was tiring under pressure. [Pang-Ping-Pang] ``Selina: Vanna? ``Vanna: Where do you want to go? ``Selina: The Spa? ``Vanna: No time to get the velocity up. ``Selina: Moon 8? ``Vanna: Okay. ``Selina: What have you got? ``Vanna: Will 80K do? ``Selina: Crikey.
