Vanna, YPM ~ 08 [Cont:] ``Vanna: Snake, we are off to Moon Zero, so I will re-dock and over we go. ``Snakes: Certus. ``Vanna: Ziggy to Control over. ``Control I am here. ``Vanna: We are going to Moon 0 over. ``Control: Data being sent. Go under Moon 1 and come back up for Moon Zero. ``Snakes: Hatches secured. Ziggy to Snake lifting off over. --- Ziggy to Dock dropping down on SP1 over. ``Snakes: Drawbridge down come aboard and all your equipment. Drawbridge up and ready for lift off. ``Vanna: Ziggy to Dock, lifting off over. Ziggy to Control entering smog zone over. ``Control: Under Moon 1, and careful as you come up to Moon 2 as the orbital position has changed. In fact hover as that can tell you more than I can which way it is moving. ``Vanna: Got it. Ziggy to Moon 2 dropping [thud] ``Snakes Relocked hatches. ``Vanna: Ziggy landing in line. ``Gaffer: Bomb Squad, the chimney stack is booby trapped. The rest is up to you. ``Bombs: Zarfs. ``Gaffer: Zarfs Vanna. ``Vanna: Come and have a hot drink in Ziggy. ``Gaffer: Splendid idea. --- Zarfs. ``Skipper: We have detected a yellow blob, and we are going up to investigate. ``Vanna: Zarfs Skipper. ``Gaffer: If it is. I am coming with you. ``Vanna: We can soon catch them up, but we may wait until we see where they are going. In the meantime we can have a hot meal. ``Gaffer: The smog should start dispersing shortly. ``Vanna: It will better when it is daylight. How many have we had to say goodbye to? ``Gaffer: 8 so far and two more are on the danger list. Scores have injuries. ``Skipper: C1 to C3, you had better come on up. ``Vanna: Confirmed we are on our way. ``Gaffer: It is S9? Vanna: Drawbridge up and 2 greens. Ziggy to control, lifting off for C3 over. Docking [Clonk] Docked. Through the escape hatch. ``Gaffer: This is the first time I have been inside a Cosmo. [Cosmo Bridge] ``Vanna: Skipper it is looking active, and they are going towards the wormhole. ``Skipper: We track? ``Vanna: Zaa, if it is Cirrus 9, they will have a missile onboard. ``Skipper: I have their Cirrus fone. ``Vanna: We will go over the top and meet you on the otherside of the wormhole. ``Gaffer: You are still not taking any chances? ``Vanna: It is my duty to confirm the hostility, before I can hand over to you. Course laid in for YPM. Altering tracking mode to manually send us this way. Re-tracking and re-calculating. Crumbs it has done it. Enter. Mach 50K and zoom. ETA 1 hour. Gaffer: That is good. [Yon-Pong-Yon] ``YPM: Vanna? ``Vanna: Zaa PM. ``YPM Unexpected pleasure. ``Vanna: We think you will be receiving some hostile company which we are chasing. ``YPM: Zarfs Vanna. I will create a plan of action. [Cosmo Mess] ``Vanna: It will take 10 units to heat through as they have all been defrosted. ``Gaffer: So you were expecting, company? ``Vanna: I must have been, although I got extra out for the crew, in case we linked up via airlocks. --- ``Gaffer: Very good and tasty. [Cosmo Bridge] ``Vanna: We are north side of wormhole. I will now scan for activity. ``Gaffer: There are two? ``Vanna: Skipper use squawk code 32323. Mine is 21212 over. ``Skipper: Who is that stranger onboard? ``Vanna: The Boss, so behave, ``Chela: Quano Boss. ``Gaffer: Quano Chela. ``Vanna: Stealth mode on. Scan mode on normal range. Enhance mode and what is it. ``Gaffer: It says Cirrus 9. ``Vanna: It says it has a missile onboard of the EZ class. They are wicked. ``Skipper: We have been detected. ``Vanna: Target and wiggle mode active. Full strength and powering up. We are in range. I wonder if we can be detected as well. Skipper, increase height. ``Chela: I am ready. Our alarm is going off again. ``Vanna: We can hear it, but it appears it cannot detect both of us. ``Skipper: They are powering up weaponry. Active. ``Gaffer: Fire. ``Chela: Fire. ``Vanna: Divert Back cameras on. ``Gaffer: That was a bright light of consequence.
