``Advisor: We can start off at Mach 2500. ``Vanna: We still have the slow down time problem? ``Advisor: Si. ``Vanna: This could mean it will take 50 units? ``Advisor: You are spot on. ``Vanna: I did try Mach 2600 coming over, but I was not happy. ``Advisor: Okay Mach 2600. --- Mach 2800. ``Vanna: Something is not right, but nothing is actually wrong! ``Advisor: Mach 3000. ``Vanna: It is still the same. ``Advisor: I cannot hear anything! ``Vanna: Something is bugging me! What I have noticed is, there is sometimes a slight hesitance in speed increase which is owing to a fuel flow problem. I think the problem is that you need a bigger filter to stop back pressure problems.

``Advisor: Absolutely brilliant solution. There is a XL size filter, which is slightly bigger. I will get my engineer to modify Cosmo 1. In the meantime, can we fly up side down in zero gravity? ``Vanna: Certus. Oxygen masks on. Switching off gravity feed when I can find it. ``Advisor: It is still in the same place on top left hand panel. ``Vanna: Got it. ``Advisor: Barrel roll and stay upside down for two units. --- Okay gravity mode back on. ``Vanna: I felt the blood rushing around my head. ``Adviser: So did I. We will return to base, and come out in Cosmo 3 after we have had a rest. [Munch Bar] ``Advisor: Just a light snack and a drink. ``Vanna: You mean to say they have already modified Cosmo 1? ``Advisor: Si There is a replacement unit which takes the bigger size filter.

``Advisor: Okay Mach 2500. ``Vanna: Going to Mach 2800. That sounds better. Mach 3000. Do you agree there was no hesitance? ``Advisor: It did sound better, but we will take Cosmo 3, up again shortly. ``Vanna: I agree the final test is in Cosmo 3. ``Vanna: Cosmo 2 is similar to Cosmo 1, so can we wind her up? ``Advisor: Certus. ``Vanna: Switching off gravity mode. That is better. ``Advisor: Return to base.
[Munch Bar]
``Advisor: We must have a break between trips, because we are doing so many aerodynamics, it is dehydrating and you can only take so much at a time. ``Vanna: That is what Pilot says.

{Cosmo 3 back in test flight ~ 2} ``Advisor: Mach 3000. ``Vanna: Much better. ``Advisor: Mach 3100. ``Vanna: Terrific. ``Advisor: Mach 3200. ``Vanna: Fine, and Mach 3300? --- Wonderful. ``Advisor: Marvellous, we will return to base.

``Advisor: We still need to drink fluids as it will cushion our stomachs. That concludes the exercises and I am very impressive with your skills and you learn well. You will be quinned to hear that we are modifying Cosmo 1 now. ``Vanna: Mille grazie. ``Advisor: So relax and Official will be back to take you on to see his parents. ``Vanna: I presume you have done the other two little jobs? ``Advisor: It is not quite as simple as it looks. We are just putting a simple little camera in. ``Vanna: That is all which is needed. ``Advisor: Once you extend the tunnel you will not see much anyway. ``Vanna: Fine. It is mainly for lining up the air door.

``Mama: How did it go? ``Vanna: We cracked the problem. We are all going to Blue Mountain in the morning? ``Dada: Si. ``Official: Ciao. ``Vanna: Official, I forgot to give you this! They are modified non-return valves for the Vulcan, which will allow you to travel at Mach 14 as standard speed. ``Official: Grazie. I will run them over to engineering now. Everyone is happy with the achievements this qef. ``Mama: We can eat when you are ready. ``Vanna: I will give it a try after those aerobatics.
