Alien Escapade • Episode 1261 - The Fleet Zone: Albi, Beagle, Controller, Pilot, Tetra, Vanna, ~ 06 [Cont:] ``Controller: I have sent out revised joining instructions. ``Beagle: Eagle 3, has worked it out, and Eagle 5, has changed course. ``Controller: Zaffre. ``Vanna: See how it goes. Zimo. ``Beagle: When are you going home? ``Vanna: Tomorrow, so I have to book in at Hotel. ``Beagle: We can do that now. ``Vanna: We can go out this evening somewhere different, but the bad news is, I can no longer entertain you! ``Beagle: Zarfs for telling me. I hope I will be considered for best Bear at you wedding? ``Vanna: That is a long way off, but you will be on the short list. ``Beagle: I have realized that our cultures are too far apart as with the distances. ``Vanna: Neither could we mate. It appears, Pilot and I seem to be mellowing. ``Beagle: There is a lively dance on tonight. ``Vanna: That sounds good. {Cosmo 1, Algol to Citadel ~ 3} ``Albi: Missy on top. Hatches secured and 5 greens. ``Tetra: Course laid in for home. ``Vanna: Unlocking orbit. Mach 2700 and zoom. The only problem is at the wormhole shortly, so we must slow down to line up. ``Tetra: Set Mach 40. We can increase once we are in the tunnel. [Whoosh] We are through. ETA 4.5 hours. [C1 Mess] ``Vanna: What happened at Space Dock? ``Tetra: I did get told off in a debriefing, as I tried to jump the queue. However, they were intrigued on how I got Missy to Algol. So I told them, I was piggybacked on another ship. ``Vanna: You should be able to fly all the way in 14 hours. ``Tetra: I will try it, as it would help to knock some hours up as long as I have someone with me. ``Albi: Here comes the subtleness of plot! [C1 Bridge] ``Tetra: Do you think that I might get some sleep tonight as it is evening time? ``Vanna: I hope so. [Pong-Ping-Pong] - [On Visual] ``Vanna: Are you off home Pilot? ``Pilot: Just about Vanna! ``Vanna: Bring some food over as we will be overhead shortly. ``Pilot: Okay. I am on my way. {Airbase Dock ~ 4} ``Tetra: Decelerating time already, that was quick. ``Vanna: Locking orbit. You two fly off. --- ``Tetra: Missy undocking from Cosmo. ``Vanna: Standby mode. Transferring to Ziggy. I must as well go straight home in Ziggy. Cosmo to Ziggy to Trullo remote landing lights on dropping down, down. I will leave the landing lights on for Pilot although, he can switch them on by himself. {Vanna: Trullo ~ 2} ``Pilot: Bugby to Trullo dropping down, down. [Hugs] I have brought two takeaways meals, so we can eat now. ``Vanna: Wonderful and it smells nice. Zaffre. --- ``Pilot: I accept that our own work never gets done, as we are always too busy doing other things or it takes months to sort it out. Therefore how are we going to get out of this dilemma we are in? ``Vanna: The only thing I can suggest, and I will use Hippy as an example. Is to have time limits on projects which are displayed on a notice board. If that time period cannot be met than a justification report needs to be clarified. ``Pilot: Okay we can try it. The robot did turn up and we have the parts for Hippy, and she does run. However she stills needs a full overhaul so shall we say two weeks? ``Vanna: Okay. I agree. It would be nice to know when I should be getting things back and not need to keep asking. ``Pilot: I will implement a notice board for work, so we can see progress times without having to ask my workers. Hippy will go on that notice board and if you ask for an update, I can refer to it. ``Vanna: Take my landing lights upgrade! In the end Cables did most of it. ``Pilot: Point noted and all jobs will go on the notice board as from now. ``Vanna: I think it will help all of us. ``Pilot: I have agreed to it.
