Alien Escapade º Episode 1204 - The New Orders: Merk, Pilot, Selina, Vanna, ~ 04 {Flicks Theatre ~ 2} ``Merk: I am Merk, and zaffre for coming in. I have overall responsibility for this place, and I need to update and expand the facilities we have here. ``Vanna: I have no skills on the film side and I would have to call in an expert, as we may have trouble interfacing the old and the new. Usually the new does not care about the old. ``Merk: That is okay, because my projectionist and the film equipment co, do not have any idea. ``Vanna: What is your budget? ``Merk: It is difficult to set a level and I hear that you are expensive? ``Vanna: The problem is, that if I find anything else along the way it has to be resolved. ``Merk: So what do you think? ``Vanna: Parts alone will costs ¢100K and the new big problem is conforming to health and safety standards. ``Merk: If I double it, we may be able to get away with that figure? ``Vanna: I would hope so. ``Merk: How do you want to proceed? ``Vanna: There is an initial consultancy fee, and as you are local for a change, that will be 5K, which is due payable. The first job is for you to get your power co, in owing to a lack of power which will be resolved free, as you pay taxes. Secondly get the Inspector in for a preview to future requirements, and then we can talk again. ``Merk: That is constructive, and it will be done. {Space Cavern ~ 2} ``Pilot: Quano Vanna: ``Vanna: Quano. It is nice to come over at Mach 50. ``Pilot: You mean they have modified Ziggy as well? ``Vanna: Zaa. ``Pilot: V10 is ready, so your bill is higher than normal. ``Pilot: The electrics alone came to ¢3K. So it will be ¢20K quin. ``Vanna: My scroll-card. ``Pilot: Zarfs and cleared. I have started on V011, but about two weeks. ``Vanna: I will need them all, as Algol or Auriga will need one. ``Pilot: It will have to quieten down after that! ``Vanna: Zaa. Have you started on the S182? ``Pilot: Zaa, it had not been used much, but there is still a lot of work to be done on her. ``Vanna: I was going to go to Auriga on the next trip, but it will now have to be Sednoid. ``Pilot: We need the room. ``Vanna: I will send some mails and see how soon Cables can go to Sednoid. Also one to Bearer, for next payment of computers and cables for Sednoid. [Pang-Ping-Pang] - [On Visual] ``Selina: Where are you? ``Vanna: Pilot's. ``Selina: So what is happening now at short notice? ``Vanna: Can you not guess? ``Selina: Sednoid or Draco? ``Vanna: Very good. ``Selina: So we are not going to Auriga? ``Vanna: Correct, as I have delayed it. V010 is ready and Pilot needs the space. ``Selina: Typical excuse. ``Vanna: Zaa, but a true one, and I have two more at Airbase. ``Selina: That is true. Okay, I will send a fresh mail out. ``Vanna: Will go as soon as cables can come. ``Selina: Knowing you that could be tomorrow. ``Vanna: Correct, and you are on form. I have ordered up the food packs. ``Selina: There is still some in Cosmo fridge. ``Vanna: Include Bois and Sheriff, and Scotty for loading parcels. ``Selina: You had better let me get on with it all. Zimo. ``Vanna: As we could be going in the morning, would you bring V010 over and stay the night? ``Pilot: I will if you bring be back, before you go? ``Vanna: Certus. ``Pilot: Where shall I put her down? ``Vanna: On the forecourt. I am going to need another Space Pad, so you had better sort it out whilst I am away. ``Pilot: Okay, I will be over later. [Hugs] {Airbase ~ 2} - [Next Morning] ``Pilot: We had better do this now otherwise we will be at loggerheads. ``Vanna: Good thinking! ``Pilot: Full works? ``Vanna: Zaa. How about north west of ATC. ``Pilot: Let us go and look. --- Zaa, we can do it the lot. ``Zaa, so how much? ``Pilot: All in with power and night rating capability which will become SP10, ¢5K. ``Vanna: Fine, make it happen, and I want it done! ``Pilot: My ground workers, Cont.
