I am waiting for Beagle and an update. ``Selina: I hope you are staying for a while. ``Vanna: Zaa: ``Okapi: Quano Vanna. ``Vanna: Hi Dad. ``Okapi: Zaffre for the payment for the Parki, and I have an old establish firm coming to do it the old fashion way, and relaying the base level material. ``Vanna: I agree, otherwise it will not last and we will get potholes again. ``Okapi: It may overrun. ``Vanna: Okay. I will pay any extra. I have been concerned that the Qintars will dry up, but it has been extended for a while, and I have to put some by, for a rainy qef. ``Okapi: Our lane, which runs off of the main way, which goes up our mountain should be maintained by the public highways. ``Vanna: Zaa. ``Okapi: Therefore as we are doing the Parki they should support and do our lane, which is getting rough in many places. ``Vanna: I agree, so draft it, and we all add something to it, and get it sent off. Also you do employ staff, so they must do something as it is over 1Km long.

``Masan: How was you holiday? ``Vanna: Brilliant zarfs and we have brought back another Vulcan for an order. However, we should be able to finish this lot this qef. ``Masan: Marvellous. I have clearance to improve the Hopper Pad, so perhaps we could go and take a look. ``Vanna: Zaa. --- Um! The dimensions and distances from obstructions have increased. Also you now need special night lights. ``Masan: Go on! ``Vanna: You have only a Hopper Pad, and it is difficult landing the S172. Therefore you will have to upgrade to a Mini-Pad, which is S172 and S182 standard and 10 seater crafts. ``Masan: Okay, so far. Therefore you need to double the area. Power cable for night rating and infrared camera. A tall hut. You will have to cut the hedges back, and make a hard resurface. A new foot path which is wider to your Hotel reception area, which will have a few lights as well. ``Masan: Blimey, not a small job. Costs? ``Vanna: Including everything and upgraded licence around ¢9K. ``Masan: Okay, approved. Action it.
