``Vanna: Quano all. This is Tetra, Scotty and my trusted two earthlings, Feny and Liang, who are here on an extended holiday. ``Kula: This is our Secretary who will be taking the minutes, Treasurer, and Auditors who have authority to make decisions. I have arranged for the Inspector to be here after 12th time. There are a number of problems:- 1) Ventilation system; 2) Lifts are in adequate; 3) Emergency fire exits not functioning properly; 4) Alarm system is inoperative; 5) We cannot get the local TVO system working properly and many of the screens are not working. ``Vanna: Any particular floors? ``Kula: Floor 3 and 5 and many others at random. ``Vanna: Is the roof safe? ``Kula: Qaa: Safety rails need replacing. ``Vanna: Basement? ``Kula: Too risky to use for customers, as it had a gym, but we have closed it down. ``Vanna: Well, all these things are so far fixable, so why is the Inspector going this far? ``Kula: I do not know. ``Vanna: If we do go ahead, you will not see any change out of ¢500K. So would you like to have a chat in private? ``Treasurer: Just a short one quin. ``Vanna: We will go for a short walk.

``Auditors: It is a mammoth task. ``Treasurer: We will have to increase our rates by ¢10 per person per night. ``Secretary: I will be the one who has to go to court, so it will cost us double this, and all for nothing. ``Kula: If we increase our rates, will the bank cover us? ``Auditors: I have spoken with them, and they will support us, but these charges must go up to cover these huge costs, and anything else which needs doing. ``Secretary: So it is voting time. In or out. ``Treasurer: In. Auditors? ``Auditors: In. Kula? ``Kula: In. Secretary? ``Secretary: In. I will go and find them.

``Vanna: Quano. ``Secretary: We have all agreed to stay in, as long as we can get the Inspector off our backs. ``Vanna: Drinks time before the Inspector gets here. ``Secretary: Of course. --- Kula: Zibo Inspector. We zaffre for coming in. This is Vanna who has dealt with The Dam Restaurant. Citadel Hotel, now saving Hobbs City Hotel. Therefore we would like you to talk to her regarding your demands. ``Inspector: Oh! I cannot allow you to continue as my job is at stake. ``Vanna: What is your main gripe? ``Inspector: The lifts are in adequate if there was a fire. ``Vanna: You do not use lifts in a fire, because they too become a fire risk and would act as a chimney. ``Inspector: Even a small fire, Beings could not escape quickly enough, and the Fire Exit Doors. ``Vanna: I agree and they are a disgrace, but I can have them fixed within in a week. ``Inspector: The ventilation system smells. ``Vanna: I too have smelled it, but I can have all the filters changed within a week. Then we will close down one floor at a time and fumigate everything. ``Inspector: I cannot let you stay open until it is all done. ``Vanna: Who is your Boss? ``Inspector: Ramtil. ``Vanna: Would you like to mail him and ask him if we are allowed a reprieve? ``Inspector: Qaa, I would not. ``Vanna: Okay, and zaffre for coming in. We do not need to keep you any longer. Zimo. ``Inspector: Zimo. ``Kula: Now what? ``Vanna: We need a terminal quin. ``Secretary: You can use mine. ``Vanna: Zarfs. Tetra, rattle the mail off. ``Tetra: Certus Sister. Sent. ``Vanna: I think we have time for lunch. ``Kula: Certus. Obviously you are up to something!

``Vanna: We will all have the standard menu. Liang and Feny you may like the spicy fish. ``Liang: Fine with us. ``Vanna: And a bottle of white Algolian. ``Kula: You have good tastes. ``Tetra: We have now been to 7 different worlds. ``Secretary: Worlds and not places? That is a terrific achievement.

``Vanna: A mail reply from Ramtil. Subject - Hotel. !!Dear Vanna, you can have as long as you like. Regards Ramtil. Wonderful. I will let you read the message. ``Secretary: You have done it, brilliantly.
