Cont: ``Bearer: Quin, invite your passengers to come through and I will show you to your Hotel. In the meantime I will read up these documents, so I can advise further. ``Tetra: I will go.

{Draco Hotel reception ~ 5}
``Vanna: We have one problem, is that you do not recognize our currency system! ``Bearer: I will clear your Hotel bill until we can work out some way to resolve it. ``Vanna: Zarfs: ``Tetra: We can officially resolve it to your satisfaction, but we can talk on that later quin, ``Bearer: Certus. ``Vanna: There are 5 of us from Cassiopeia; two from Cepheus and two from Earth. ``Bearer: Earth? I will have to do some homework, and can you all get on? ``Vanna: Zaa, and we are friendly as with other planets like Lacerta and Deneb are all wonderful, but with only a niche few on Earth. ``Bearer: I will be back after lunch so enjoy yourselves.

``Malcolm: The Draconians are a weird and wonderful species. I have just realized it at last. We all think we own the world, but we only know, a tiny part of it. ``Leila: About bloody time too! So will you now stop your arrogance? ``Albi: I like the differences in the Cat species, it makes them look attractive. ``Tetra: You may look, but not touch! ``Albi: Spoil sport. ``Master: I think I will stay as I am. ``Sheriff: So has he gone to see what can be done? ``Vanna: Zaa. ``Malcolm: You mean they are going to try and help us? ``Vanna: So far so good. ``Master: Let us wait for a response, before we say any more.

{Draco Court House ~ 4}
``Bearer: I have arranged a court hearing so we have transport laid on, so follow us quin. --- ``Clerk: Judge this is an application from our Visitors, which have been put together at short notice through Bearer to try and resolve the language barriers. Therefore we hope you will accept this unique request, as it is not normal procedure. ``Judge: I would not usually allow this case. However I have received approval from my other two judges who are now all sitting with me here on the bench, to hear this case.

``Advocate: I represent the group. Master is the Captain of their Saucer. Vanna in charge, and her younger sister, are both Captains. They have brought their Ranger, who has been officially approved by their courts. Cheb from Cepheus, is a Saucer Captain and an engineer, and has been on previous trips to annihilate the cartel. Most importantly is the Elite Officer from Cepheus, who is the head of the Elite quad of the Cepheus police Force. They have just received a recommendation from Planet-Q, where they have come from.

The formed planet, Sednoid, west of Draco appears to be a safe haven for the cartel. The Cassiopeians have managed to wipe out two of their ships owing to the cartel's premeditated murders, but they cannot go after their new ship, without provocation from them. All they have been able to do is to go and chase them.

``Judge: Are you expecting to wipe out the planet? ``Bearer: Qaa Judge, they are only after the cartel and would report back any further findings to yourselves of any other hostile activity. ``Advocate: They need to confirm that they are hostile, before they can consider taking any reasonable action.

``Judge: The legal problem is that the Aliases planet Sednoid, does not come under our legal system of Draco. However, they are affiliated to us, which means they have to take note of what we say, and abide by certain rules. They do have their own legal system on their planet which only has a population of 600, but if any of the Cartel are a part of that legal process then there would be no chance of any reconciliation. Therefore under the rules of Draco, I do have the power to override their authority. Moreover I give you formal permission to visit their Planet, and remove the cartel appropriately if provoked.
