Alien Escapade • Episode 0929 - The Tunnel: Leila, Master, Sadie, Selina, Sheriff, Tetra, Vanna, Zola, ~ 08 [Cont:] ``Master: So what is it or what was it? ``Tetra: I think we have found the north entrance to the wormhole, and whatever it was, it has either gone into the wormhole or it is hiding the other side of it, maybe trying to get away from us. ``Master: I have time to finish my dinner. Take over Vanna. ``Vanna: Zaa. Master. ``Sadie: This is incredible Mach 34. ``Vanna: I will not tell you again, this is all a myth and normal Saucers cannot do more than Mach 14, and Cirrus 3, can only do Mach 16. So pull yourself together. ``Sadie: Zaa Vanna. I am sorry for the delay. ``Tetra: Vanna, Mach 1. Bring her around 90º, I am doing a manual plot. Landing Camera on, and there she is. ``Sadie: What is it? ``Vanna: Work it out. -|-``Master: This is fabulous. ``Tetra: Another 70º turn, which will line us up south east. Mach 14. The wormhole appears to have the same principles as Algol. So Master, tilt her down and head for the grey patch to the left. ``Master: We are being pulled. ``Tetra: A good sign. Internal lighting, switching to Infra-red. ``Vanna: The gauges are reading Mach 28, although set to Mach 14. ``Tetra: That is normal, as it doubles our speed as with Algol. ``Master: We are now in a grey tunnel. ``Tetra: Excellent. Mach 34, and that will help us through and may still take 1-hour. So Sadie can you get some drinks brought up quin? ``Sadie: Certus. So this is a wormhole? ``Vanna: Zaa, and a big one. ``Sadie: Drinks: They are all asking where are we going? ``Master: Tell them patience, as we do not know. ``Vanna: Any more silly questions, and they will be losing their stars. ``Tetra: I am manually plotting our angle and distance. ``Master: It is flying itself. ``Vanna: That is the safest way. It only took us a few units to get through to Algol, but we did warn you, it is 10,000 Km long. ``Master: Zaa, and I did not believe you. ``Vanna: I-hour against 2 qefs in space time! ``Tetra: We are slowing down, and we are out of wormhole and back in normal space. Mach 1 as I need time for the computers to update, and I think we have lost the mystery. Sadie can you get us another drink quin as that was a hairy situation. ``Sadie: Certus, and I will get us all another one. ``Vanna: So what do you think now Master? ``Master: Speechless. ``Tetra: It was 9,800 Km long and it took 55 units to travel through the tunnel. ``Sadie: Drinks: [Zarfs] This is a fabulous finding. ``Tetra: This is good the computer is asking me to confirm estimated figures. So the answer is Zaa. ``Vanna: That will mean another trip to Lacerta to get their new computer updated. ``Sadie: Lacerta? ``Vanna relax Sadie, I will explain more later. ``Tetra: It is saying, the estimated velocity between the two points or spatials was Mach 5021. ``Master: That is impossible. ``Vanna: It is correct as we have saved 3 qefs in travelling time. ``Tetra: Now we can plot where we are, and it is saying updating. ``Tetra: Okay we are at the south 5th star in Lacerta. So we have the exact co-ordinates on the third star, and calculate new course. Got it. Course laid in on auto. ``Master: Mach 28 Vanna. ``Vanna: 2-hours to get there. ``Tetra: Transmitting history of how we came to be here, and do I request fuel? ``Master: it says 10%. ``Vanna: Confirmed. They have an Air-Lock, so we should be able to use it this time. ``Tetra: Lacerta has confirmed, and we have new co-ordinates, and the computer is being updated, so I wait for 30 units, as it has a big job to do. ``Vanna: So we can relax, and we go and talk to our passengers. ``Sheriff: It seems ironic we go off north and end up south! ``Vanna: You were warned. ``Sheriff: It is different when it actually happens. ``Vanna: Well we can stretch our legs, whilst they update our computers as they too, do not have this wormhole listed. [Intercom] ``Tetra: We are here. Docking instructions on your data screen. We do have an Air Dock facility. ``Master: I am quinned about that. Okay docking. Cont.
