``Vanna: Folks, you are all free for the qef, as we continue to sort out these problems. --- Principal, they will not budge, so Leila and I have booked a directions hearing in your courts. We will need your Counsellor present, and Guarder as well. ``Principal: Approved. ``Vanna: We have requested an Advocate to be present as they are the best means of presentation.

{Algol Courts ~ 4}
``Solicitor: I have read your remit Advocate, and I will go and talk to my two clients. --- I am afraid they are still not budging. ``Advocate: We are not happy in the way you have conducted these proceedings with your clients, owing to the fact that they have disclosed nothing and given no supporting evidence. This to us is unprofessional conduct, as we have a duty to the general public in this case. ``Solicitor: I too have a duty to the court, and what I have been told to do, is not professional ethics. Therefore will you let me have some more time, to have more words with my clients?. ``Advocate: Agreed.

``Captain: Hopefully, they will see some sense? ``Leila: Money talks, and it is not often whether it is right or wrong. ``Vanna: Let's get a hot drink. --- ``Solicitor: I have advised them of the consequences, and they will still not budge, so I suggest we go into court. ``Advocate: Agreed,

``Clerk: Judge, this is a case of Insurances Vs Public Claimant Algol Space Dock, with a counter claim of negligence. ``Judge: What do you have to say solicitor? ``Solicitor: I have advised my client of the consequences and I must concur with the Advocate. ``Judge: I too am very disturbed about this case.
1} This case is in the public interest.
2} All insurances are all in order, which are in front of me.
3} There are third party claims, which do come under public liability.
4} There are no exclusions made in the policy. Therefore you are covered.

``Solicitor: I have to concur, Judge, as I too have a duty to the public. ``Advocate: I too concur, Judge. ``Judge: Very well, I will make judgement as follows: The two insurance companies here before me today, will make full settlement of all sensible claims. I hereby award full legal costs to Advocate and Solicitor for upholding the values over a public disAlbi, which was beyond their control. Case closed. Zimo. ``Solicitor: Excuse me Judge, but on a point of order, I do not believe there are enough funds to pay out such claims. ``Judge: In that case I make an additional order for a full investigation for criminal proceedings, and claims will be paid out under the Algolian Government system. Case now closed.

``Advocate: Zaffre, Solicitor. ``Solicitor: I could not oppose you on this one, regardless of my job being at stake. ``Advocate: I am pleased00 it did not come to that. Zimo. --- Any questions? ``Captain: Qaa. I am not surprised there was more behind this, which is why they were using delaying tactics, although this gets them out of a contract, and they will no doubt cease trading. ``Advocate: Confirmed, and no one will deal with them from now on. You too, will have to find new insurers. So we can all go home. Zimo.
