``Principal: Zenden. ``Counsellor: Zenden: ``Vanna: Zenden from all of us. ``Principal: Zenden to you all and thank you for responding so quickly once again. We are concerned about our corrupted legal system! ``Vanna: We want both the insurance companies here now and your, Guarder. ``Counsellor: It will be arranged, and can I offer you some refreshments? ``Vanna: Zarfs quin. --- ``Guarder: It is nice to see you all again. The two bods have arrived. ``Vanna: Excellent. Let us get going, and would Leila like to start?
[Meeting]
``Leila: One would think that you would have learnt your lessons, but why you Insurance company refusing to pay out claims, as it was arson, which you say is not covered by your policy? And this should also come under our liability cover, but you to two are arguing, saying it is the other company who should pay out!

``Vanna: Therefore this is an informal meeting to discuss the merits of the claims, and from what I can see, someone is liable to payout something! Would you not agree? ``Liability: We would only payout if it was neglect. ``Leila: whose neglect? ``Liability: The insurer. ``Vanna: Where does it say that in your policy? ``Liability: It is under this section. ``Vanna: Qaa it does not, it says 'if neglect for any reason'. ``Liability: But that does not mean arson. ``Vanna: Where does it say that? ``Liability: That is what it means.

``Leila: Insurer, is this an all risk policy? ``Insurer: Zaa it is. ``Vanna: So where does it say it does not include arson? ``Insurer: It is not covered, so it is not mentioned. ``Vanna: In that case where does it say it excludes arson? ``Insurer: I do not know. ``Vanna: Both of you get back to your bosses now, and we will meet again at 14th time for an update. Zimo. --- ``Leila: From what I can see they have loosely worded it, so it can be misinterpreted. ``Vanna: I agree it is badly worded so the sales people do not know either what they mean.

``Principal: Let us have some light lunch. ``Captain: Zarfs. It should be an all in one risk policy which covers everything. You have 3 different policies to cover terminal building, public liability and contents insurance for the whole of Algol Space Dock; and normal insurance to cover any claims. ``Counsellor: This is the dilemma we are in, and no one wins in a court of law. ``Leila: It never resolves the issues, and can create more contempt.

[After Lunch]
``Vanna: Zaffre for coming back. Insurers? ``Insurer: It does not state that it does or does not, so it is not covered it. ``Leila: Why is it not in your clauses? ``Insurer: We have told you, it is just not mentioned. ``Leila: So how can you say it is definitely not covered? ``Insurer: I do not know. ``Vanna: Liability, we have had huge claims from the public sector, so how can you say we are not covered? ``Liability: It does not cover arson. ``Leila: Where does it say it excludes arson? ``Liability: It is not mentioned. ``Leila: So how do you know it is not included? ``Liability: I do not know. ``Vanna: Guarder? ``Guarder: No comment.

``Leila: To sum up under litigation; the wording in your policies are misleading. Therefore you have forced us to take out a policy which does not cover us for any eventuality, even if it was an 'act of god' as we would still be covered, yet we are not according to your interpretation. Therefore we are entitled to seek a counter-claim as nothing is clearly defined. ``Vanna: Also your policies do not protect us under any circumstances. ``Leila: Although you have implied that we are covered, you have given us no proof. ``Vanna: Therefore get back to your bosses now, for their final word, as we will put in a counterclaim for misrepresentation. Zimo. ``Guarder: Call me, if you still need my services. ``Vanna: Zarfs. This reminds me of a travel claim I made back on Earth, and I had all the correct documents, but after 3 attempts they only paid out half the claim.
