``Advocate: Your honour, I make urgent application to have this court order suspended against Brother, as he is immune from prosecution owing to status. ``Judge: I did not make this order, but what part of law are you using? ``Advocate: Section 62, sub section 6. ``Judge: I have read it, but have you read the clauses? ``Advocate: Zaa your Honour, but this is not in the public interest. ``Judge: Why not? ``Advocate: Because it is a security matter. ``Judge: Exactly that. Therefore it is valid. ``Advocate: It cannot be your honour. ``Judge: Moreover, I dismiss your application due to lack of evidence. Costs. ¢5,000 Good Day.

{Education Authority Committee meeting ~ 1}
``Chair: With all the scandals breaking out. I decided to call a Press conference. I have used my authority to override the normal procedures, owing to urgent transparency being required. I am not liked by all for doing this, but no one came up with a better option which is why implementations have been slow. There has been many valid points raised, and I have tried to address all the ongoing issues. Therefore I do thank you all, as we were not aware of some of these problems. It is a pity that Beings in the past have not been able to come forward, which is another reason to enforce changes. Moreover, as from today I have made 3 significant changes which are: 1} I have appointed a new Manager, to take over the running of the Authority. 2} I have appointed a new Cat Doctor [Claps] to take over immediately. 3} I have approved funding for another Cat and Bear trip to the island. The three new representatives are sitting here next to me and will be open to informal questions. This will mean that everything will have to be revalidated. Fresh medicals and new application forms are required. There is support for the island project, but I ask you to wait patiently, as the new team needs time to conclude and get up to speed. Please all stay for a drink and chat, as I have put this new team together at very short notice. Zaffre.

``Sheriff: Zeno Chief. ``Chief: Absolutely brilliant, Sheriff and I have given you a pay rise. ``Sheriff: Zarfs Chief. We did not know which way you were going to take it. ``Chief: True. We have never really got on as brothers. He is always arguing, so he can stay here and rot. ``Sheriff: That is a bonus. How come you have not turned anything else up in evidence? ``Chief: I take your point, and I will order scrutiny of what they have already sifted through and I will warn them again 'no cover ups'. ``Sheriff: His advocate is with him at the moment, explaining the bad news. ``Chief: I was on the same Saucer flight, but we did not speak. ``Sheriff: Can I now put in a huge expenses claim, as I have paid out of my own pocket? ``Chief: Absolutely. I will bring it up at the next meeting. On another note are we still short on staff? ``Sheriff: Stay as we are for now, but the new officer 251 should have a pay rise. ``Chief: I will see to it. Anything else, I need to do here, as I am on the evening Saucer Run. ``Sheriff: Come and have a look at this sack of stuff, we have found.

{Jarry's Place ~ 2}
``Gina: I did mail you. They put me up in the hotel for the night, at Hobbs Dock. ``Jarry: Zaa, and it is absolutely brilliant. Who thought it all up? ``Gina: It just happened. ``Jarry: So Vanna was not behind it? ``Gina: Qaa, she has only just heard about it, and was amazed at the achievement. Leila, almost went red in the face. ``Jarry: So the Girls or the Cats are influencing our culture. ``Gina: You will get rub offs in whatever you do. I should now get my qef off, as it is a qef late. So what are we going to do? ``Gina: Cassiopeian Ponds. ``Jarry: Okay, I will check with Nacra. There are also talking about more changes in the Rota. ``Gina: We have all been moaning about it. ``Jarry: It is mainly to get some stability.
