``Agent: Zibo Ma’am. ``Vanna: I am looking to buy a plot of land. ``Agent: Anywhere specific? ``Vanna: I am thinking between Woodlands and the Canal northwards. ``Agent: The problem is that it is very barren. ``Vanna: I will need to know what areas you have available so I can over-fly them to take a closer look. ``Agent: I can easily do that, so how big a plot? ``Vanna: `1Km squared, to build up to 8 residential units. Naturally it will be sold with all planning rights? ``Agent: That is not a problem, but you have to register your interests with the Oligarchy. ``Vanna: Can I have the procedure to make an application, quin? ``Agent: Certus, I will put it all on a stick for you. ``Vanna: Initial cost? ``Agent: There is a ¢1,000 fee with the registration, but you make them an offer, as no one wants it. ``Vanna: Anything with a small Valley with a few contours in it? ``Agent: There are two possibilities, and I think the east one, would be more suitable. ``Vanna: The land would also include supplying an access road? ``Agent: It would be negotiable, when we go for approval. ``Vanna: Excellent. I need written approval to over-fly the land at low height to cover Space Dock and my Hopper insurance. ``Agent: Most certainly, and I can do that now. ``Vanna: Have you added the co-ordinates? ``Agent: Zaa. Just add it in to your navigational computer under ‘import data’. Then you can enlarge the map area. ``Vanna: Zimo. ``Agent: Zaffre for coming in.
