``Elder 3: This meeting is to discuss the merits of what action is to be taken against the UNI. We have co-opted the Team in, as there are a past issues with many present problems. Also I have summoned the Sheriff here, to observe these proceedings. ``Udal: There are complaints from students, they are not all receiving a refund of fees after cancelled courses. ``Leila: This reminds me back in the month of Auriga, when we had that problem with the Head Tutor. ``Udal: I did send them a warning letter, on that occasion, so over to Qualla. ``Qualla: With the help of Ming, we still have only made little progress in sorting out who pays for what and what is contractually binding. ``Leila: Is the UNIV run as a company? ``Qualla: Qaa. ``Leila: How much funding does the UNI get? ``Udal: Two thirds on their budget. ``Leila: When is their next payment due? ``Udal: Within the few qefs. ``Leila: Is it a licensed establishment? ``Qualla: Pardon? ``Leila: Franchised? ``Qualla: Qaa, it is run by a group, under the educational banner. ``Gera: This is why it has been so difficult to resolve, so any suggestions?

``Leila: I have an answer. ``Gera: I was hoping you would keep up your reputation, so please do continue. ``Leila: Simple as ABC. Closed them down. ``Gera: Hey? We cannot do that! [Chit-Chat, Noises] ``Leila: Stop all payments until further notice. ``Gera: What about all the Beings already on courses or who have signed up? ``Leila: Enlarge the budget to the local skools who will be delighted to take over some of the courses, and it will cost you and them a lot less. ``Udal: That is feasible. ``Qualla: So how do we go about it? ``Leila: Jota will send an official letter, as in writing, informing the UNIV Secretary, ‘Owing to many complaints past and present we have no alternative other than to suspend all payments until further notice. ``Udal: That will make difference to our bank flow, which is desperately low at the moment.

``Leila: This will give you the whip-hand and Qualla can now set out a new set of rules, before any new funding can be considered. This will include a new group at the top of the UNI, because you can demand changes in their procedure. Eventually you will end up in a few months time, with a complete and fresh mandate. ``Gera: This will cause ripples throughout the Citadel. ``Leila: They will have to answer to the public, not to us, especially as we did not create this problem. ``Jota: I think we need to take a vote on this. All in favour = 9. Unanimous, Chair? ``Gera: Well I am dumbfounded and to get the Sheriff to agree as well is brilliant. Therefore approved. ``Leila: That will hit the news very soon. Zimo.

[Outside Meeting]
``Vanna: Leila was absolutely brilliant. ``Zola: So what are we going to do now? ``Vanna: Go and see the disbeliever or do we leave them to it? ``Zola: Where shall we go? ``Vanna: Shall we disappear? ``Zola: Why not? ``Vanna: There is only one place, where we can hide. ``Zola: Come on, let us get going.

``Dalbir: I have ordered the two specials; and that is an amazing trick you pull out of the hat. ``Leila: So when are you next free? ``Dalbir: I am up to date, so I am free, and I was thinking of going home. ``Leila: Take me with you? ``Dalbir: Certus, I would love to. ``Leila: Pop me home, to pick up a few things. ``Dalbir: Certus, but food first. ``Leila: There is a saying on Earth, ‘You can live on love’, but for how long? ``Dalbir: I do not want a skeleton to cuddle. ``Leila: I think I will forget that idea. Is there anything else we need to take back, and can I buy your Mum some of those coconut mints? ``Dalbir: That will please her.

``Dalbir: Wispy to Trullo, dropping down. -|-``Vanna: Nelly to Wispy, negative. Use holding pattern, over. ``Zola: We are going to need a bigger Hopper-Pad. ``Dalbir: Hey? ``Leila: There they are. ``Vanna: Nelly to Wispy, lifting off, over. ``Dalbir: Wispy to Trullo, dropping down, and zarfs Nelly. ``Vanna: Zarfs Wispy.
