Alien Escapade º Episode 0575 - The Triangle: Captain, Selina, Tetra, Vanna, Zola, ~ 05 {Sandalwood Fundus ~ 4} ``Selina: Congratulations. ``Tetra: It was not easy, and we were all up half the night revising. I had to take the air law exam twice to pass it. Zola had trouble and got muddled up with the different clouds, and she had to take the weather exam again to pass. Vanna had trouble with her practical, as she could not get her false field landing technique right, in the dark and needed additional lessons to pass. ``Selina: Wow, what a epi0 to tell. ``Tetra: So we gave them a headache, and it got all of our adrenalines going. ``Selina: I presume you will sleep well tonight. ``Tetra: Unless I am on ‘cloud 9’ tonight. ``Selina: Hah, ha. ``Tetra: That is the good news. ``Selina: You are definitely getting more your like sister. ``Tetra: Well Mum, I have given up the idea of an emergency Saucer Pad, and after some thought we do now have the plateau. Neither is it practical or financially feasible to have another Bugby at the moment. Therefore I have compromised, but I am now rather broke! ``Selina: I can only guess, but I thought you would anyway if you had the chance. ``Tetra: I did, and I got a good deal. Naturally it helped having the clout behind me, but I did get them to chuck in the course free, which they usually do anyway. ``Selina: I am listening. ``Tetra: Vanna’s was not cheap, and no one outbid her, so she got hers for ¢10K. Therefore I have been able to match it, and they have done all the upgrades as well. I even twisted their arm for a repaint, so it is now red, with a full certificate of airworthiness and one year full warranty. ``Selina: Blimey that is a good deal. ``Tetra: Would you like to see, Fluffy? ``Selina: You mean you have got her here? ``Tetra: Zaa, I followed Vanna and Zola back. ``Selina: Oh heck, I am coming. --- Well she does look nice. ``Tetra: We still have an hour of daylight, so would you like a fling? ``Selina: Absolutely. ``Tetra: Fundus, lift-off. I will take you along the canal. ``Selina: She flies well. I can see why you have got the bug. -|- Vanna: Nelly to Fluffy, over. ``Tetra: Fluffy to Nelly, pass your message, over. ``Vanna: Nelly can we double dock, over. ``Tetra: Oh dear. ``Selina: What is going on? ``Tetra: Fluffy to Nelly approved if you can do it. ``Zola: Blast what a shame. ``Vanna: There she is. ``Zola: It looks like your mum is with Tetra. ``Vanna: Nelly to Fluffy have you checked your mirror, over. ``Tetra: Mum, look behind you as we are being followed. ``Selina: Typical. ``Tetra: Fluffy to Nelly, returning home before it gets dark, over. ``Vanna: Confirmed. ``Tetra: Fundus touching down. Down. ``Vanna: Nelly touching down. Down. ``Tetra: Make all of us a hot drink, quin Mum. ``Selina: Zaa. ``Vanna: Hi Mum. ``Zola: Hi Selina. ``Selina: I do not know what to say. --- Drinks and Rock Cakes, I think is needed and a rest. ``Vanna: I can now go home at night time, but Tetra is daylight only. ``Selina: A good job to. ``Tetra: I have sent off a request to skool for a Hopper-pad. ``Selina: No wonder why your headmistress was being snotty. ``Zola: They are finding me a Hopper as well. ``Selina: I think I will faint. What is your father going to say? ``Tetra: He will go with the airflow. ``Selina: Hah, ha. ``Vanna: We are off to Earth later tonight. ``Tetra: Yippee. ``Vanna: It means you will have to propel over to Space Dock. ``Selina: So you are going to leave me to tell father, all the news? ``Tetra: What a wonderful idea, Mum. ``Vanna: Our Captain has brought our departure forward again, but it was not us. So we must get going. Zimo. ``Selina: I am still last to know! {Space Dock Tower ~ 3} ``Captain: I have found a hopper for you, if you are interested? ``Zola: Zaa. ``Captain: It needs a complete overhaul and has to be updated to the new Mk II specification as this is the original Mk 1. ``Zola: If you say it is worth it, okay. ``Captain: I have offered the owner ¢4K, as it will cost you another ¢5K to make it sound again; and she just wants it out of the way. ``Zola: What do you think Vanna? ``Vanna: Well everything will be done for that price, so I agree. ``Zola: Agreed. ``Captain: Make a payment now, and I can instruct Space Cavern to come and pick her up for the overhaul. ``Zola: Zaa.
