Alien Escapade º Episode 0482 - The Planners: Examiner, Insurer, Leila, Secretary, Selina, Tetra, Vanna, Yafo, Zola, ~ 09 {Propel, Proficiency Test Centre + Tetra ~ 2} ``Tetra: Excuse me quin, but on a 3 lane way, the left lane is to turn left, the middle lane is to carry straight on, and the right lane is to turn right! ``Examiner: Zaa. ``Tetra: So why have you got right arrows as well in both right and middle lanes? ``Examiner: The idea is to speed up the traffic flow. ``Tetra: That is what causes the accidents, because buggies are in the wrong lane, and dive over too late. ``Examiner: Point noted. ``Tetra: When you go from 2 lanes into one lane, the arrow should be pointing to the right, why is it pointing to the left? ``Examiner: Again, that is to help the flow of the traffic. ``Tetra: You are going to have a bottleneck anyway, so you need to tell Beings further back, so they can slow down and ease themselves into one lane. ``Examiner: Point noted. ``Tetra: So why have you tricked me into doing something which is wrong, when I want to do it correctly? ``Examiner: I will bring it up at the next meeting. ``Tetra: Also, I had a buggy trying to push me forward at the roundabout, saying it is okay to go, but we are still supposed to stop and give way, and I could see another buggy coming under the bridge a bit fast, so I waited to see where it was going, before moving on. Therefore, you should be telling him off, who was behind me! ``Examiner: I will go and see my Boss, please wait and stay at the centre. --- My boss has agreed, so here is your certificate. All we need to pay for, is for the back-up site, which is on a separate policy. ``Secretary: Zaa Yafo. The Insurer is here. --- Zeno, I am Yafo. ``Insurer: Zeno, how can I help? ``Yafo: We need a fresh insurance appraisal from now on, and for all these other policies to be dumped. ``Insurer: Certus. We wanted to revise things in the past, but they were not interested. ``Yafo: I have taken over, under a new company, so come up with your proposals. ``Insurer: Go for the top package, which covers the lot. ``Yafo: We are now Intergalactic Standard, so will that push up the premium? ``Insurer: Zaa, by 10%. ``Yafo: So how much? ``Insurer: ¢1,000 per week, so that is ¢70,000’ per year. ``Yafo: You will cancel all other policies whether you think they are owing or not? ``Insurer: Zaa, and you can pay up front in half yearly instalments. ``Yafo: Our Treasurer will be in tomorrow so write it all up, and I will authorize it. ``Insurer: Zaffre, Yafo. Zimo. ``Secretary: Blimey, I am amazed, and we were paying much more than that anyway. ``Yafo: That is good news to hear. {Sandalwood Fundus ~ 3} ``Vanna: Tetra has a grin on her face! ``Tetra: I had a right go at them, as the lane markings were all wrong. ``Selina: So did you get it? ``Tetra: They had to, and they will bring the points up at their next meeting. ``Selina: Congratulations. ``Vanna: Well done, sis. ``Selina: So what do you fancy for dinner? ``Tetra: Something simple like, what we had back on Earth, Bangers and mash with onions? ``Vanna: Okay I will translate it to Mum, ***! ``Selina: Zaa.
