Alien Escapade º Episode 0422 - The Jumbo: Captain, Capo, Cheb, Leila, Kirin, Qualla, Selina, Skipper, Tetra, Yafo, Vanna, Zola, ~ 12 {Space Dock, inside Vulcan ~ 3} ``Capo: There are two quoins; 21 seats, but we prefer 18, which are laid out in a semicircle; 5 hammocks at the back. There is a small cupboard room which can be used for cold storage. ``Tetra: What about the space for a Cot? ``Capo: We do have two bunk beds if required, but I will add a cot and zarfs. We have more room on the upper deck, which is needed as the crew can seat 4. This gives us room for more instrumentation and for the three engines, including a weight displacement measurement system. The galley is slightly larger. ``Captain: Zaffre, can we take a walk around the outside quin? ``Capo: Certus. {Space Dock Apron - SP5 ~ 4} ``Captain: I see that you have a lot of attachments. ``Capo: Some are similar to yours! ``Captain: Zarfs. ``Cheb: Captain I looked into the design problem of additional thrusters, and we are thinking of adapting it to the Vulcan as well. ``Kirin: Excellent idea. We could of done with them in the hurricane. ``Cheb: They could go in an ‘X’ configuration. ``Captain: Agreed. ``Kirin: The S182 wants to wobble sideways at sensitive times. ``Cheb: Get Space Cavern to do a plume balance check, because they can go out of alignment. ``Captain: Zarfs Cheb, most helpful tip. ``Capo: The power converters are similar to your design, and are just bigger as it has to supply the three engines. ``Kirin: Do you use just two engines, when you are light? ``Capo: In normal flight only when light, but we need all running for back up and the third engine is independent. However we always land and lift-off with all three engines. ``Captain: We thank you for this impressive tour, and I think we ought to get you to your hotel and we will see you in the morning. ``Capo: I think that is a good idea. Zimo. Captain: How is Vanna doing with the shuttle service? ``Kirin: Okay and Vanna and Zola will be here at 7th time to take the crew out. ``Captain: Excellent, I am off to find Yafo. --- All okay? ``Yafo: Zaa, I have ordered up a Hopper-sucker, to clear up any debris. ``Captain: Excellent. Qualla, all okay? ``Qualla: Zaa. {Vanna’s Trullo + Zola ~ 2} ``Vanna: I am exhausted and I have done 11 hops today. ``Zola: I too am worn out, but that will look good in your log book. ``Vanna: A couple of those trips were a bit on the rough side going across the ringway, as I hit sink patches. ``Zola: Good job you kept to the west. ``Vanna: Shall we get something in to eat? ``Zola: Zaa, and spicy? ``Vanna: You choose. ``Zola: Okay, I will do it now. --- Done, twenty minutes or should I say units? Your coconut water from Earth is nice. ``Vanna: We all like it and it’s healthy. {Skipper’s Place + Leila ~ 2} ``Leila: I like your fish pond, but it is huge! ``Skipper: It needs to be, because they cannot breathe and live for a long life in a compact environment and it is in two parts, as it goes underground through the rocks. Follow me over the bridge. ``Leila: Wow, it is wonderful. ``Skipper: I feed them once a day, and once a week, I give them some live bait. ``Leila: We live near a trout Farm, and this is similar to scale. ``Skipper: Do you have any pets at home? ``Leila: My mother has a cat, and Vanna and I could not think of having anything else, because of our lifestyle. ``Skipper: Are you still in a dilemma? ``Leila: I am no one special, and I am pleased that Vanna came along, because I was asking myself, what am I going to do with the rest of my life? ``Skipper: I have never thought of it that way. ``Leila: I used to do some book-keeping, but other than that I have led a boring life, so I paint. ``Skipper: I am like that, it hides my quiet inner self, and so I work to keep myself amused. ``Leila: I am not that bad, am I? ``Skipper: Quin, do not read anything into it. If I had someone special, then I would go out more. ``Leila: Okay, where are we going? ``Skipper: That is the problem everything is so far.
