Alien Escapade º Episode 0420 - The Precautions: Exec, Kara, Kirin, Qualla E2, Secretary, Scotty, Sheriff, Tetra, Yafo, Vanna, ~ 10 {Space Dock Full Meeting + Everyone ~ 8} ``Yafo: This is a huge meeting, which is why we are in the extension to the Restaurant and thank you all for coming. As you are aware the Vulcan will be with us shortly, and I need to make sure that everyone is up to speed on procedures. Everyone has received a copy of the memo, and is there any questions? ``Sheriff : Will 4 Rangers be enough to control Space Dock? ``Yafo: Zaa, three working and one on rest period. ``Kara: How about putting speed restrictions on the ring way? ``Yafo: Sheriff? ``Sheriff: Agreed and zarfs. I will get it done now, and I will call in additional staff to monitor the situation. ``Mob: We do not know how much thrust will be churned up, so everyone Apron side must have safety glasses on. ``Yafo: Brilliant and make it happen, Secretary. ``Secretary: Zaa Yafo. ``Exec: They will all have to be issued with security passes. ``Yafo: Zaa. Sheriff they can only use one door, the main door in/out of the terminal. ``Sheriff: Confirmed. ``Vanna: Anyone else with a Hopper as I can only take one passenger at a time? ``Captain: I will see what I can do. ``Kirin: The Vulcan is coming in from the north east, so all traffic should be stopped. ``Sheriff: Agreed. ``Exec: All emergency Services are on active duty! ``Yafo: Zaa, and make it happen Exec. ``Vanna: The west end of the terminal is restricted for SP1 use only! ``Mob: I agree. ``Captain: I support the motion. ``Vanna: Someone must be on duty there. ``Sheriff: I will sort it out. ``Vanna: We will need a tent post on the plateau. ``Yafo: Get your friend Zola in to manage it, and go and buy what you need and give us the tab. ``Exec: Have we got enough radios? ``Yafo: Qaa. Secretary order in 10 more quin. ``Secretary: Zaa Yafo. ``Exec: We will need a list of call signs and who has who? ``Yafo: That is a job for you Exec. As I cannot be expected to be in two places at once, Qualla is acting as my Deputy. For the people who do not know us; I will be wearing a blue Cap and Qualla will be wearing a red Cap. ``Exec: What about fire points? ``Yafo: There is one to the west end and one to the right end, and the main entrance in the middle. ``Exec: We need some signs up. ``Yafo: Put some temporary ones up for now. {Space Dock Restaurant + Vanna + Tetra + Scotty ~ 3} ``Vanna: I am going to see if I can contact Zola. Standby! !!Zola, where are you? Nope it is not working, it could be that she is in cognition. ``Tetra: Use the terminal. ``Vanna: That is for internal use only. ``Tetra: I can get out. ``Vanna: Come on then. [Computer Terminal] ``Tetra: We can do it on the new system, as there is a staff link here, as I log in. Add her details in --- [Found Zola] Type your message in. --- And send. Bingo it has gone. ``Vanna: That is brilliant. So what are we going to do for an encore? ``Tetra: Behave. ``Vanna: I need a hot drink and I only half finished the last one. ``Tetra: I will have the Mango juice quin. --- ``Vanna: [Whisper] So you have complete control? ``Tetra: Shush! ``Vanna: I love it. ``Tetra: You will find a registration link to fill in, when you get back home, which will allow you access to the Tower in video. ``Vanna: I was going to ask you about that, but you have done it already and what about for my Trullo? ``Tetra: As soon as they have finished the cabling, I will set it up. ``Vanna: Excellent. ``Scotty: Zonule. ``Vanna: Zonule, how long before they get the east side cabling finished? ``Scotty: Sometime tomorrow. They have found some old foundations which are not on the plans. So they are waiting for the worm-drill to get through. ``Scotty: Now young Lady Cat, you are causing quite a stir. I have received informal complaints from the Secretary and Yafo has mentioned it. ``Tetra: Everything is above board and done to the book. ``Scotty: Just take it easy, otherwise there will nothing to do until tomorrow. ``Tetra: Oh good, I can have a day off. ``Vanna: You must remember not to be outwardly clever, otherwise you will put ‘Beings backs up’. ``Tetra: I accept that I have been told off. ``Vanna: That is a Captain’s phrase! ``Tetra: Whizz. ``Vanna: I think I had better take you home.
