``Elder 3: Please help yourself to more drinks. I too have gained much insight into the understanding of what is behind all of this! It has enabled us to come up with some ideas. These and others have been circulated, so what would you like to achieve?
``Bear 1: We want to build the extension to the terminal block! ``Vanna: You must meet the space aviation building specification.
``Leila: It must also meet the marine standards, because of the Canal extension.
``Elder 4: Can you cope with it? ``Zola: You will also have to deal with the Space Dock committee.
``Bear 2: What about the 100 Km Canal extension to the West?
``Elder 4: We had put that on hold, and no one else had bid for it, but can you also cope with the marshlands?
``Bear 3: Are you going to bring back the ring-way extension?
``Elder 4, it will be reconsidered after we have cleared the present problems. Incidentally you would have run into more problems, because there is soil erosion under the new way, which I hear was the real reason why the project got cancelled and that is covered under the clauses of your contract. ``Leila: I too have had complaints from the locals up at the Creek, because they were saying that if there was a hill slip, your new way could have been disintegrated.
``Bear 4: How about the skool roof contract?
``Elder 4: You can certainly have phase 3 of the building works, but it has to be done properly! ``Vanna: When the Mob did my sisters skool roof, they found a lot of under lying problems and it could have collapsed. ``Qualla: Neither was it built to the correct specification, so it will have to be upgraded. --- Elder 1: The Oligarchy are happy to agree to the roof contract and we will bring that forward if you would like to agreed on it now. ``Elder 3: I believe we have some nods of agreements [- Zaa’s -] In that case can I have a show of hands? --- Unanimous Chair. ``Elder 1: In that case I will award you the contract. ``Elder 4: I can get you started in the next few days as long as the budget is available. Therefore I presume that you will withdraw the alleged paperwork? ``Bear 4: I will advise our treasurer of the decision and I am sure he can be persuaded owing to the circumstances. ``Elder 3: Excellent. There is still some food left and the punch bowl is almost empty so top your glasses up.

{Space Dock + Sales ~ 2}
``Captain: Well! What have you to say for yourself? ``Sales: You win. No one knows why, but everyone has overlooked it. However there is only one type available, and it is similar to the one you had in the old Saucer. ``Captain: That will do. ``Sales: The decontamination unit is built to order and you specify what waveband of spectrum you need. ``Captain: The mauve haze, UV range, should do it, as it appeared to work on Earth. ``Sales: Oh, that place! Looking at the chart, it is not listed for your requirements. I can order it up and tell them what we had in the S172. ``Captain: So how much? ``Sales: About ¢30,000, but we will fit it free, owing to the oversights. ``Captain: Approved. So how long? ``Sales: A week, and a day to fit.

{Leila’s Trullo + Kirin ~ 2}
``Kirin: Quare? ``Leila: Quiff [Hugs]. How are you? ``Kirin: Okay thanks. I was over this way, so I thought I would pop in! ``Leila: Sure. How are you two getting on? ``Kirin. Fine, but she wants to start a family although we are not yet married and she is refusing to take the Pill. Fortunately I have another month of freedom, before I have to withdraw. ``Leila: Make her wait! She is too immature in some ways. ``Kirin: I might get you to come over so you can talk to her, Cat to Cat. ``Leila: Sure. Marriage never works right if one wants kindergarten and the other is against! Will they ever learn? Cont.
