``Vanna: I have booked Pam to take us to the station for 10H30. We will ring or text your mobile if needed. I hope we will be back by 4, but we could easily get delayed. ``Zola: That is fine. I have plenty to do.

``Pam: [Toot-toot] Morning Girls. ``Leila: Station please? So where have you been this time? ``Vanna: I think we will be going back to China soon! ``Pam: Can I come? ``Vanna: Certainly! But what about hubby? ``Pam: He can cope for a few days without me. ``Vanna: I will bear it in mind, as long as your passport is up to date? ``Pam: I will have a look, when I get home for lunch. ``Vanna: Your usual, thanks. ``Pam: Cheers.

``Feny: Do not be frightened by the extra bodies in here today, but we have called a full security meeting. ``Vanna: This happened about 11 pm, night before last in your time. Here are copies of a full report of what happened from what we know! ``Liang: This is amazing! ``Cheng: You mean that you do have the power to disintegrate a bomber? ``Leila: Apparently so! It surprised me. ``Ding: Was there any debris left from the atomic explosion? ``Leila: We did not hang around, I think our Captain, cloaked and just went around it avoiding the wake. ``Senyue: There is nothing anywhere about it, and we have checked all our embassy’s around our world and our interpreters -|- [Mobile Phone] -|- ``Ding: Excuse me please,--- yes and thanks, bye. Can we switch to US News feed please? ``Liang: Sure.

[US Press Conference]
``Military: We have been holding back releasing this information, as we had trouble contacting the wives of the two deceased test pilots. Captain Chuck Norton and Captain Wayne Burk, from one of our prestigious Stealth Bombers, which has gone missing. My thoughts do go out to their families. A full investigation is under way, but the last message we received was, ‘It must be the Russians’. [Chatter-chatter] ``Military: I am sorry, but I cannot answer any questions at this time, but they appear to have been lost in combat.

``Liang: Well, well. This will be an interesting scenario. What can I say? ``Vanna: I am pleased that the Americans think it is the Russians fault, because that lets us off the hook. ``Leila: Or does it? ``Ding: Let’s all have some lunch as I have actioned our Hot line, back to China, because I am waiting for orders.

{A Chinese Embassy, Canteen ~ 3}
``Feny: It is a buffet restaurant, so just help yourselves. ``Vanna and Leila: Thanks. --- ``Leila: This is nice for a change, as we get a bit fed up with rations in the Saucer, and we were all feeling sick yesterday! ``Feny: I am not surprised, what you have been through. ``Leila: It is nothing compared to Alton Towers. ``Ding: I do not follow! ``Vanna: We were travelling horizontally and went around in a circle as in the wall of death! ``Ding: [Beep, beep] Hang on a message just in. --- I will read it out. "National Press release; Russian Space Agency; US Stealth Bomber Down". !!We are saddened by the loss of the two test pilots, but we know nothing of this incident, claimed by the US. We have summoned the US Ambassador, and have asked the Americans to show us the proof that we were involved, because it must be a case of mistaken identity.

``Liang: That was a quick denial by the Russians. ``Cheng: I think we will have to stay quiet on this one and let the US fight it out with the Russians. ``Liang: I expect our Hot line to Russia will shortly be activated. So as soon as you have all finished, we will go back upstairs. --- The wire back says a full video meeting is arranged, as soon as we can wake everyone up. ``Feny: Can you Girls give us a ring tomorrow?

Press: Baffled.
