``Vanna: Quiff. ``Okapi: Vanna, It is nice for you to be home for a change, when you are here and not dashing off! ``Vanna: Zarfs Father, and I will stay for a while, so are you going to prepare the drinks? --- ``Tetra: And some of my home made biscuits! ``Okapi: Zaa, come on down, your mum will be back shortly. --- ``Vanna: Well done Tetra, you have cut down on the sweetness and they are very nice. ``Since the law has been changed, by the Higher Court, the Sheriff has commissioned a further three-year revaluation of older accounts of the Oligarchy which have now been published. This is owing to any potential criminal proceedings. Classic Bank comes under heavy criticism of how so much money could flow between accounts, until suddenly there was a change in their staff. The detailed report was commissioned by Tromp & Co, and financed by the Sheriffs'. They have created a very detailed analysis, which goes much deeper, showing that there is still over a half million Qintars, unaccounted for. This report has raised more questions than answers and Classic Bank has refused to comment. We asked the old auditors who said that ‘we only worked on the figures given to us’. Therefore it is unlikely ever to be resolved. In the meantime, the only Elder who remains from that era, is Yerba, Elder 2. However he too declined to comment.
