``Scotty: How come that you have the smallest of the rooms, when you do most of the work? ``Jota: Come on in Scotty, and that is a nice welcome. I am off to see a client, then I am having an extended lunch hour. So you will not be disturbed, otherwise neither of us will get any work done. ``Scotty: Excellent idea. ``Jota: I will put a ‘closed’ notice up, on my way out. There is some of your coffee left, especially for you. Zimo.

{Kirin’s Place ~ 2 + Leila}
``Leila: How are Gina and Jarry getting on together? ``Kirin: It is funny! Gina is the strong willed one, and Jarry is so laid back, he will not commit himself to doing anything. So they make a good match for each other. However, because Gina has to be more assertive, it is making her bossy, and Jarry just accepts it, keeping him in his shell, especially as he has little self esteem. ``Leila: But they are both good workers! ``Kirin: Zaa, but if you see them when they are off duty, they act differently. ``Leila: She wanted him! ``Kirin: I have two tickets for next month’s games, at the Arena. It is called a ‘bouncing ball’ game, which is similar to your rugby, but the ball has a mind of it’s own! What often happens is that when you pass it on to the next Being in your team, they do not usually get It, because it propels itself in a different direction, which means you have to predict where it is going. Sometimes the other side catch it, and then they race off to the touch down line. ``Leila: That sounds good! ``Kirin: Could you not ask special permission to come? ``Leila: I will ask Qualla what we can do. Otherwise, I could dress up and hope no one spots me! ``Kirin: Excellent idea, I should have thought of that! How about in my cultural colours? ``Leila: Yea. So where do you ‘dare’ take me out tonight? ``Kirin: We could go and listen to the choir, in our local Temple. ``Leila: They should accept us anyway! ``Kirin: Most do, but sometimes you get a little clash of understanding.

``Scotty: Sending Morse message to Ted. We are coming in four suns – what time is it on Earth.

``Tetra: Quano Vanna. ``Wendy: Quano Tetra. ``Tetra: Shall I go and find mum? ``Wendy: Qaa zarfs. Are you busy? ``Tetra: Qaa. ``Wendy: Done all your homework? ``Tetra: Zaa. Are you willing to stay for supper? ``Wendy: Zaa. Do I have a personal invite from my sister? ``Tetra: Zaa. ``Wendy: How wonderful. ``Tetra: Our Dad will be back later. ``Wendy: Suggestion, leave a note for mum in the kitchen that Vanna is staying for supper! That should surprise her. Then if I may, can I have a look in your wardrobe please? ``Tetra: Certainly. ``Wendy: I am looking for something a little more stylish, because what I have seen, is all too bland. --- ``Tetra: Some of these clothes, I no longer wear, so you can have them. ``Wendy: Wonderful, zarfs. Actually, I think they will do, but I will have to get them altered. So we will ask mum.
[Knock, knock]
``Tetra: Quiff! ``Selina: Zenden. ``Wendy: Zenden [Hugs]. ``Wendy: Can you take my measurements, and arrange to have these altered, as Tetra has given them to me? ``Selina: Certainly. Zaffre Tetra. ``Wendy: Can I also have a look in your wardrobe please? ``Selina: Certus, come with me! [Followed by Tetra] I have too much, so see if there is anything you like. ``Wendy: What about this evening dress? ``Selina: Oh that one, zaa. I wore it once, but it did not seem to like me. ``Wendy: I would like it please? ``Selina: You can have it. ``Wendy: Zaffre. ``Selina: Let me take your measurements, whilst we are here. --- We are all similar sizes. Okay, I will get the dressmaker to call. It is all done on this slow computer. ``Wendy: Scotty will fix that soon, he has 3 more to do for the Oligarchy. ``Selina: Okay I have sent Marline a mail. That sounds like father. Come on down, when you two are ready. Supper will be half time. --- ``Okapi: Zeno dear, is Vanna here? ``Selina: Zaa. ``Okapi: How wonderful.
