Alien Escapade ººº Episode 0037 - The Outcomes: Leila, Peggy, Scotty, Wendy, ~ 04 {Wendy’s Trullo ~ 4} – [Peggy is Sharpish] ``Wendy: Leaf teas? = 4 --- ``Leila: We did do fire watch this morning, and it was only 35ºC. ``Scotty: It should remain this hot now for another week. ``Leila: I can now cope with it, so when does fire watch finish? ``Scotty: As long as it stays below 34ºC, you are okay. ``Leila: That’s a relief, so do you do fire watch as well? ``Peggy: We all have to do it, even the kindergarten. ``Leila: I am impressed [Teas] Zarfs. ``Leila: Is this why you have never asked us up to your place? ``Peggy: Sort of, and it is off limits regardless. ``Scotty: Anyway ladies, I do not know what to say, but I am most honoured and I am sorry for any doubts. ``Wendy: So tell me Dad, what do you think of my alien body? ``Scotty: It is okay as it is, because we look at it in a different light. ``Peggy: I too find it is normal for your climate. ``Wendy: Do you approve the way we are now? ``Scotty: I have had words with Peggy on this, and it is your culture, and we accept you as you are. Therefore, we should let things be and accept us in principle, as we are to you. ``Leila: That’s let’s me off the hook as well! We are bringing up more clothes, and I have a habit of dressing provocatively, so I will do this living here on the outskirts. Whereas I will change, before visiting the Citadel as to be more conservatively dressed. Moreover, I will be different, as I will create my own colour code. ``Scotty: In the computer box, you should find some tablets. I can knock up a draft for the bank, whilst I am here, and if you would like to sign it, as you would normally do on Earth please. ``Wendy: Sure. ``Leila: So is she rich or poor? ``Peggy: That is one good thing here, as no one is below the poverty line, and every one has quarters. ``Leila: What about other Aliens invading you? ``Peggy: Qaa. They would be sent straight back to their native planet. ``Leila: What happens to the ones left? ``Peggy: They will go to other planets. ``Wendy: As things are going to take a while to settle down up here, I think it would be a good idea to book the Saucer. ``Scotty: Agreed. ``Wendy: We need further clarification, that we can give a Morse radio to my neighbour, who will act as our SCO (Space Controller Officer). This should allow us to take an alien back to Earth on the next flight, and Ted can run a taxi service. ``Leila: Once Ted has confirmed his agreement, we can move forward when we get back, and start interviewing candidates for the ‘traveller’. Moreover, we need some advice as we think it would be prudent to take a ‘Cat’ with us, and not a ‘Bear’ owing to a lack of space in the Saucer. ``Wendy: Especially since the ‘ethics’ problem has erupted within the Elders. ``Scotty: Agreed, and I think I had better go home, so I can sit down and have a think of how to draft this lot up. ``Wendy: Thank you both for coming, and for all your help! ``Scotty: An interesting day, but I am being paid, so thanks to you two. ``Leila: Do you realize that we will have been away again for over 3 Earth weeks! ``Peggy: And with our longer days and weeks. ``Leila: It does take a little getting used to. ``Wendy: Our time clocks, says it is bed time, but we still have another 4 hours to go. ``Leila: I sometimes want to eat more although I am not hungry. ``Wendy: I want to sleep in, but it is sunny and bright and I think it is midday. ``Leila: I think I am going to run out of time, but then I have plenty of time left. {Out on Fire watch ~ 2} - [Next Day] !!Scotty: Are you free to go tonight? ``Wendy: !!Dad, confirmed, I will tell Leila shortly! [Later] ``Wendy: I am pleased you are back. It has been confirmed, we are leaving tonight. ``Leila: It is typical of this planet! One minute they are all slow and dithering, the next minute it is done in seconds. ``Wendy: That is normal, even for Earth! The good things are always done in milliseconds. ``Leila: So we are going back light and with another radio? ``Wendy: Zaa and confirmed. ``Leila: That’s a consolation prize. So, what else do we need to take back with us? ``Wendy: It is too risky taking much back from here. ``Leila: Oh!
